A pilot, one workflow or one feature shipped to production, usually lands between $12,000 and $25,000 CAD. A full product runs $30,000 to $60,000 and sometimes past it. Every build is a fixed price with a date, quoted from the Discovery spec and billed by milestone. If those brackets are far from your budget, a custom build is probably the wrong purchase right now, and we’ll tell you so early. For a full first-year picture: a pilot plus twelve months of Operations usually means $30,000 to $45,000 all-in; a full product, $50,000 to $80,000 and up.

We build with AI every day, and that speed is already in our quotes and timelines. The demo is not what you are paying for. You are paying for the part where the software runs against your real data without losing an order, and for one accountable person who picks up when it breaks at 9 p.m.

Discovery takes one to two weeks. A pilot ships in four to six weeks. A full product takes eight to sixteen weeks, delivered in working weekly increments you can try. Dates come out of the spec, and they’re written into the quote.
