We build the websites and systems your business runs on.

Start with a Discovery
Built and run by the person you talk to
websites · client portals · AI features

The website that should be winning you clients. The quotes, requests, and schedules your team still handles by hand. We build the sites and systems that do that work, and we keep them running.

Websites that win work

A site built to be found by the buyers already searching for what you do, and to turn those visits into inquiries.

Operational software

Client portals, quoting, intake, scheduling: the work your team still does by hand, turned into one product, with AI only where it does real work.

Both languages, natively

French and English as equals from the first commit, before there is anything to translate.

You work directly with the person who builds it.

The person who scopes your product designs it and writes the code, alongside senior full-stack engineer Armel Kembe. Nothing is relayed through a project manager, and nothing is handed off to a team you never meet.

You can check every number on this page. Every build ships with error monitoring, usage analytics, and the one number it was built to move, on a dashboard from day one.

We take on work that has a number in it: hours saved, turnaround time, cost per task. Operations reports that number every month, for as long as we run the product.

What clients said when the work was done. You can look every one of them up.

I had a fantastic experience working with AetherWorks for my website development. They were incredibly professional and always willing to make any changes needed to achieve my vision. They understood my needs perfectly, and as a result, I’ve seen a significant increase in both clients and visitors in just the first month.

Marija Petkovic July 2024

The team at AetherWorks is by far the most professional I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Our project was quite large, ranging from design to implementation, with many specific requests, but they managed to meet all their commitments flawlessly. I highly recommend AetherWorks to any team looking for work that’s not only done exceptionally well but also delivered quickly.

Julien Klang December 2024

I was particularly impressed by his strategic approach; he has an amazing ability to step into the shoes of the customer and envision the digital experience in a way that feels intuitive and engaging. Nicolas is incredibly reliable, always respectful of deadlines, and has a knack for keeping the project on track without missing a beat.

Questions we hear before a first call. These are the answers we give on it.

What does AetherWorks actually build?

Websites that win business, and the software behind it: client portals, quoting, intake, scheduling, AI features where they pay for themselves. If your site no longer pulls its weight, or your team still runs on spreadsheets, that’s our work. The case studies show what it looks like in production.

Who does the work?

Nicolas Santos, the studio’s founder, scopes, designs, and builds every engagement alongside Armel Kembe, a senior full-stack engineer with more than ten years of experience. The person you meet on the first call is the person who ships the product.

Where are you based, and does distance matter?

Toronto, with clients in Ontario and Québec, and a manufacturer in Ireland delivered the same way. Every engagement runs on a weekly working demo wherever the client sits, and geography hasn’t been the hard part yet.

How does an engagement start?

For businesses: Discovery, one to two weeks, paid, producing a written spec, a fixed quote, and a date, and the spec is yours whatever you decide next. Agencies skip Discovery and start with a small trial project instead. How engagements work covers the details.

What happens after launch?

Operations takes over: we run the product, you own it. Monitoring, fixes, small monthly improvements, and a monthly report on the target we agreed the system would move. The first 30 days come with every build.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, white-label, under your brand, with a non-solicitation in writing before anyone asks for it. The agency lane has its own page.

Do you build in French?

Natively. Nicolas is French and lives in Toronto; both languages are written, not translated, and the French your customers read is the French we would want to read ourselves.

Can one platform serve Québec and English Canada properly?

Yes, when both languages live in the architecture from the start: routes, content, forms, and the emails the system sends. That’s how the Guy Hoquet Québec platform runs today.

Does building bilingual cost twice as much?

No. Designed in from the start, the second language is architecture, not a second project. Retrofitting is where the real cost lives. We wrote up why that is in the journal.

Two ways to start.
Neither asks for much trust up front.

Discovery for businesses

One to two weeks, paid. You leave with a written spec, a quote with a date, and the target a build would move. Credited in full if we build together.

Trial project for agencies

A small contained piece under your brand, at a price agreed up front: a landing page, a feature, an integration. Judge the work before anything bigger is on the table.

Not sure which fits? Write to us either way. If we’re not the right studio for the job, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
