Who does the work
Nicolas Santos runs AetherWorks. Before this: founder of a four-person product studio in France, principal product manager at a Toronto digital agency, and more than five years as the embedded build partner behind a Toronto B2B agency, shipping production platforms for enterprise and institutional clients. He works in French and English, and he builds what he specs.
Most of that work shipped under someone else’s brand, on enterprise and institutional projects. An NDA-heavy portfolio is the arrangement we are used to. More about the studio

You. We work under your brand by default: your templates, your staging, your project channels. When it helps, we join client calls as part of your team. If you ever prefer to introduce us openly as your engineering partner, that’s your call to make.
Fixed quotes from a written scope, sized so you keep a healthy margin at the rate your client expects. The first job is scoped to the piece, so the price follows the work. After that, quotes come per project, with payment terms and lead times agreed up front. Direct-client pricing is published in full, so you can see how we size work before you ask.
Yes. Feature-level AI in real products: document processing, intake and routing, assisted workflows, with evaluations and running costs visible on a dashboard. You get a partner who can scope the work credibly in the room, then build it.

We say so immediately and give you a real date. Agreed lead times exist precisely so last-minute work doesn’t get promised and then dropped.
Webflow when the job is a marketing site your team will edit, React and Next.js when it’s a product, and proven, boring choices around them. If your client work lives in another stack, say so early. We say no rather than learn on your deadline.
