The build partner behind your brand.
Your clients are asking for product work and AI features you can’t staff. We build them under your brand, in English and in French, at a price that protects your margin. Your client stays yours, in writing.

Start with a trial project
The honest way to vet an unknown studio is a small paid piece, so that’s how we start: a landing page, a feature, or one integration. Fixed price, agreed deadline. Judge the work, the communication and the delivery on a project small enough that a bad outcome costs you a week, not a client. If it’s good, we talk about a real relationship. The case studies show the standard we hold ourselves to.
How the relationship runs
Your brand, our build
We’re invisible by default, and on your client calls when useful. Files, staging, and repos all carry your name.
Fixed scope, honest terms
A written scope, a fixed price, and lead times agreed before we start. Payment terms sized to the project, never an hourly meter.
Your margin is the point
We price so you keep a healthy margin at the rate your client expects. If the math doesn’t work for you, we’d rather know at the first conversation.
Your clients stay yours
In writing, through a non-solicitation we offer before anyone asks. The entire agency side of this studio runs on that reputation.
Both languages, one partner
Toronto work that has to land in Québec, or Québec work headed for English Canada: one profile covers both directions natively, including the French your clients’ customers will read.
Who does the work
Nicolas Santos runs AetherWorks. Before this: founder of a four-person product studio in France, principal product manager at a Toronto digital agency, and more than five years as the embedded build partner behind a Toronto B2B agency, shipping production platforms for enterprise and institutional clients. Nicolas works in French and English and builds what he specs, alongside Armel Kembe, our senior engineer. More about the studio.
Most of that work has already shipped under someone else’s brand. We’ve spent years as the name that doesn’t appear in the credits, on enterprise and institutional projects, which is why an NDA-heavy portfolio isn’t a problem here; it’s the arrangement we’re used to.
Who does our client see?
You. We work under your brand by default: your templates, your staging, your project channels. When it helps, we join client calls as part of your team. If you ever prefer to introduce us openly as your engineering partner, that’s your call to make.
What does white-label work cost?
Fixed quotes from a written scope, sized so you keep a healthy margin at the rate your client expects. Trial projects are scoped to the piece, so the price follows the work. After that, quotes come per project, with payment terms and lead times agreed up front. Direct-client pricing is published in full, so you can see how we size work before you ask.
Can you handle AI work our clients are asking about?
Yes. Feature-level AI in real products: document processing, intake and routing, assisted workflows, with evaluations and running costs visible on a dashboard. You get a partner who can scope the work credibly in the room, then build it.
Will you sign an NDA and a non-solicitation?
Yes, both, and the non-solicitation is the one we care about most. This lane only works if your clients stay yours, so we put it in writing before anyone asks. The same goes for publicity: agency-channel work never appears on this site or anywhere else without your written permission.
What happens when you are at capacity?
We say so immediately and give you a real date. Agreed lead times exist precisely so last-minute work doesn’t get promised and then dropped.
What do you build in?
Webflow when the job is a marketing site your team will edit, React and Next.js when it’s a product, and proven, boring choices around them. If your client work lives in another stack, say so early; we’d rather say no than learn on your deadline.
Send the project you are stuck staffing
Describe it in two sentences, in English or in French. You’ll get an honest answer within one business day: a fixed quote, a real date, or a no with a reason. Prefer to talk first? Book a quick intro call.
